The new code word is - MANY

The liberal mainstream media has a new favorite code word, and it is - many.

Many condemn GOP statements. Many critical of new GOP legislation.

What an excellent choice in codified agenda setting. I can tell you from experience that they teach this in liberal journalism schools on the east coast. They teach the art of how to deceive without technically deceiving. They teach the art of how to manipulate words and statistics. They teach all the methods to find language that can set agendas, and 'frame' discussion and events. It is very vogue for them to discuss like this 'well, wait, how can we frame this to get our preferred message and points across.

So they use the word 'many'. This way they don't have to say 'liberals' or 'democrats' and they get the double bang of implying that just about the whole population is against whatever they are talking about.

When you see the word 'many' in the headline or article-- just know its all about manipulating how you will view the issue. And know that it is a calculated and deliberate attempt to manipulate opinion. They don't choose their wording lightly. They know exactly how to tailor it to get their desired results.

The liberal mainstream media monopoly continues.... When will the bubble burst? It could be another year or so which means some spectacular liberal media myths might still be on the way. But eventually it will crack. This whole incestuous liberal media machine-- from NPR to the Globe to the Tribune to Google News to the Nightly News to Newsweek... this whole manipulation monopoly will pass.

Decades of Dominance

I think there are still a few Republicans who feel as if the Democrats are lurking over their shoulder. For decades Democrats have dominated Washington. Aside from the White House and a lead in the Senate and House, Democrats still do dominate Washington. The press corp is a ravaging group of democratic cheerleaders. The bureaucracy-- I mean every single agency in Washington-- is piled up to the top with Dems and liberals. They haven't known any other way. Up until 1994, the House and Senate was Democratic territory for decades. Going back to the 1930's, the Dems had eye-opening, jaw-dropping mega-majorities in the House and Senate. It is comical to read articles about the Republicans having so much control these days. Because the fact is, that this is a brand new thing. And up until the last election, Republicans edge has been sometimes 1-seat in the Senate when they were lucky. When you look back on Vietnam or World War II or the defense build-up in the 1980's, it was all done by Democratic majorities. So it is ridiculously funny to watch liberal activists parading around about stopping Republicans when it is Democrats who have done for decades all of the things liberal activists despise. Anyways, the bureacracy agencies in Washington are all left over from this mentality. In the past you were a Democrat and the good life just came to you in Washington. How many Volvo driving democrat career government employees are there in Washington? They vote their self-interest and yet chide others. They aren't anti-war because of a true feeling, but only because they are anti-Republican. They aren't anti-Bible belt for a reason except they are anti anything Republican. There isn't an original thought from many liberals these days for that matter. Rather than see Republicans, or America, have any success, they would rather have the Democratic Party in power. The war in Iraq? They would much rather see failure to confirm their well publicized views of doom and gloom. And it is this mentality among Democrats for which I will ardently vote against that party for life. So many times I have voted for Dems in the past including for President. But not again.

Which gets me back (somehow) to the beginning. Because Democrats dominate the mainstream media and the bureacracy-- and because of their ghost which overhangs Washington right now as a reminder of all the years they have dominated, because of all this, there are still a few Republicans (such as John McCain) that don't come out and lobby hard for their party all the time. They are afraid of the ghost. They are afraid of the powerful media.

But times are changing-- with John McCain or without him. Because this country is, and will always be, one thing-- pro-American. And Republicans have a lock on that.
